Ed; In response to your request for questions for the conference call;

# 1. I would be satisfied with knowing just what Mr. Hilliou intends to do to bolster investor confidence in management's credibility. You might bring forth the past statements made by management regarding the calling of warrants, the number of halls to be incorporated, etc.

#2. The compensation issue should be addressed; ie; it is understandable that companies must "either" give premium salaries, "or" excessive option packages to attract premium players; but the inclusion of "both" too those associated with the "either" inept, or less than honest management of the past is unexcusable. I want to know what purpose "other than lining the pockets of the inept, or crooked" this serves.

I really doubt that either question will be asked; as management feels that they have a lackey (I base this upon the soft balls lobed last conference call; that management fouled off); it's time to toughen up.

Ed: I am glad to see they asked you to participate in the conference call. You have to be nimble if you want to follow up on some response by management because you have to key in a code number to alert the moderator that there is a question from the participants. If the moderator runs out of questions, they will probably conclude the conference call fairly quickly.
