UTR looks like it has *lost* a part of WDC's business. I don't think this is entirely due to the reduction in the HDD market - this is UTR's fault - either they screwed up or WDC used someone else.

There also may be some ramifications later on due to the IBM-WDC announcement.

Having yacked about that I like the company too - I used to have UTR and then BMRQ - think there will be a bunch of synergies with the merger. The merger hopefully will not be gutted.

Also hopefully they get back some of the WDC business but I do not know.
