Well as a matter of fact yes I have.. A lot of stocks do that and they merely have to produce in verified form the promises that they made to researchers. A lot of companies tell and omit certain information conviently for a reason.

The promises of mergers and filings that never come, calling for certifications for the infamous short squeeze, staying just within the true with certain information. A lot of compaies even get PR firms which get spin doctors to promote the stocks. Now I do not think this is illegal however it all washes out eventually.

Regardless of anything if the company does in fact have what they claim it will come to the surface over time. Problem we have is to be responsible. It is not a requirement but more a responsiblity to check up on our investments and veify everything we can. Since we all on here trading with the new internet cyberage. We all have to teach ourselves to be a broker in a sense because we are in fact a broker of our money. Brokers have destroyed me for most of my investing life until I took control of my own investments.
