And the funny thing is ,, unless you specify that broker to be your broker "buyers" and get in writing ,,in reality and by law they represent the sellers,, seller pays the commission,,but in relity the buyer ends up paying ..

Also by law your so call buyer's broker does not have to divulge any bad information about the home, unless you ask or beings it up first,, i.e., unpleasant death,, structural problems, etc..
