I think TideGlider is raising some issues that RMIL shareholders should be aware off.

If Pugs can put posts here saying that 'RMCW is very confident that the money will be received......If it isn't they have Plan B. RMIL is working on some very interesting things......They have a back up plan too if the merger doesn't proceed.............yadda yadda.....When RMIL opens there will be a monster short-squeeze....yadda yadda.....', then TideGlider can post information that he has found out as well.

Can ANYBODY post the amount of the liens??? Is the amount small??? huge??? Somebody should be able to post the amount which would confirm how much of a problem it is.

I know what is going to happen, some people are going to say it is a non-issue, the liens don't exist. If the liens don't exist, then Pugs/Riley/Bmart placed orders to buy at $5/share when Jeff Garland was trying to sell his shares. [1000-1 odds for the liens existing]

Anyways this stock isn't trading so any inaccurate/misleading posts by ANYBODY are made it will have no effect.

Kurt

"-I don't think it is unknown that the lack of the funding up to the present time did not
cause a cash flow problem."

Are you certain that is what you meant to say?

I don't need to know the amount of the liens. I thought as a stockholder you may want that information. Suit yourself if you have no use for the information. You may simply ignore it.

"Back it up"?? Back what up? The information is from the State of Florida web site.
