Just got back from a weekend packing into the far reaches of a local desert. Deserts have a way of clarifying things. I now understand the entire market and our sector in particular.

Doug -- Lockhart is without a doubt the undisputed captial of the finest BBQ on Earth. However, ya gotta go with the guy that is close when you are hungry.

Krause's will be moving in about a year. Family feud causing the brothers to move out of current digs and move four tenths of a mile doesn the road. The sister will re-open a copy cat BBQ place in the current location.
