DWEB actual #s were filed with our SEC 10Q on Fri the 15th. This announcement is a follow-on company press release where we have far more latitude regarding what we can say and can't say about our performance in the quarter ... DWEB's cash position as disclosed in our prior 10Q (12/31/97) stated that we would need to raise additional capital before the end of calendar 1998 ... I'm not at liberty at this point to comment on what we are doing or intend to do about it.
