Fred, since NETZ is not a reporting company, there's going to be precious little in Edgar to look up... In my option, the law should be changed to require all companies with publically-trading stock to file quarterly reports. (NASDAQ is, indeed, imposing such a requirement on bulletin-board stocks, but they have another year to comply.) I can't imagine why anybody would invest in such a company, which only reports results to it's shareholders and the public only at it's own whim.
