MB,
Very good! And, there have been times in my life when I needed various forms of help from both liberals and conservatives.
Someday (perhaps when the sun is ready to turn into a red giant) <g>, a new party will form that takes the best ideas from both worlds, so people can stop playing childish bashing games and move forward in a progressively conservative way. But then I like to dream of what could be far too much!
As far as our current President goes, I would have wanted him out even when I was a democrat (now independent) and a McGovern/Carter/Mondale supporter. He is a national disgrace, and sets a bad example for almost everybody in my opinion. Yogi
