So I take it that this is a SPINOFF (ala LU) as opposed to an offering for a wholly-owned subsidiary? If NET+ARM is separated, where does that leave FIBR? Is this a show of confidence in the IQX and Gigamux businesses?

Trying to make sense of it all.

Are you trying to imply that a rights offer for the Net Arm business is in anyway similar to ATT spinning off Lucent?
