I disagree w/ wages being stagnant. There's alot more inflation going on out there than the salary numbers show. Minimumwage was raised and is set to be hiked again. Likewise, stock options are not taken into acct when looking at wages. When this mkt slows or goes down, there is going to be an inflation nightmare as employees no longer want worthless options and ask for real money. IMO
