Harrison Walther selling again? The President and CEO of ANADAC's wife must have really had a good divorce lawyer. Harrison filed to sell another 4,400 shares. Also, there is a very good article on the NRID thread about convertible preferred issued to finance small, cash-starved companies. Many of these private placements are convertible into the common at 75% to 80% of the market price of the stock on the date of conversion. NRiD and DBII have done these. Apparently it encourages the holders of the cvt pfd to sell the stock short to drive down the price and convert into a larger number of shares. Isn't it great that IDX doesn't have any LT debt?
