Now let me ask you Paul, why would you shake your head?

Not much of a future thinker?

Let extrapolate a bit here for you...

If NOVL can finally get the HUGE stock of older NetWare users off the fence (the 3.11 2.x users). The first big benefit will be revenues.

Second, these companies will now be able to take advantage of NOVL's newest software like NDS, ZENWorks, NAL, Novonyx Web server, etc. This is further revenue for NOVL.

Third, the majority of these companies that upgrade to the Y2K compliant NetWare will in essence be making some new commitments to NOVL's product lines.

This boosted revenue will show to Wall street and the industry that NOVL has recovered. The press coming from this will create a upward spiral for NOVL because the good news stories will make more sales as even more companies again feel safe in making stronger commitments to NOVL, and round and round and round.

So shake your heads and keep looking into the past to try to read NOVLs future. This is a big mistake! Why? Because NOVL is doing what almost all other industry examples of "fall from grace" tech companies have not been able to do - RECOVER.

NOVL's history will not give you a good insight of NOVL's future. Sorry Paul. I disagree with your Bearish outlook.

Let me ask you to predict NOVL's stock price to the end of this year.
