Bob,

Your comment: "Bob F has been spending all of his time overseas with key foreign customer accounts."

Where are you getting your information ? From what I know of major customers and prospects in the U.S he has visited, plus comments from people I know at Informix, I believe this is an exaggeration. He certainly has visited major customers in Europe, but really "all of his time".......

By the way, he does fly in the Informix execs from overseas......

Bob Graham,

Bob F has been visiting sites here in the U.S; I got to talk to him in person so I know he was not in Europe all the time.

Bob F is a genuinely modest, friendly individual. He has been listening to customer's needs.

Many people don't understand the future of data warehousing and data storage needs for internet commerce. This is why ORCL and IFMX are underpriced at present.

Underpriced? How is that? Informix has a miniscule book value, an enormous P/E, small revenues, etc. Oracle's growth has been slowing.

Well, we are seeing a transition period. This is the lull before the storm. The growth of the internet will bring a growth of demand for data storage needs. Look for rises in revenue for EMC, ORCL, IFMX, MSFT, SUNW, CISCO, SHVA, etc. brought about by continuing growth of internet commerce.
