Do you think the market has already factored in uSoft will be in court for the next 10 years? Or, will Dell take a nose dive in about 1/2 hour?

Hi Donnie,..Re:<<ONCE Msft gets settled>>

Hi Donnie,

I'm afraid MSFT might not get settled anytime soon. From listening to the charges by the government, the DOJ doesn't have a clue what they are talking about. I only heard one charge which might have some credibility but have no knowledge or evidence about it's actual merits. How does a company fight an opponent who completely misunderstands the situation? Depressing. The only hope is that the public will finally be tired of government trying to pry dollars out of successful companies be they software or tobacco. Wow, didn't mean to go on so much but this is clearly an example of 'big brother' and their ignorance and meddling.

Bought more Dell Friday. I guess I'm one of the many suckers that keeps buying Dell.ggg

Best,

Lee
