Everyone should check out the Prospectus filed by the Company just yesterday - it seems all of the Company's institutional shareholders are selling out (i.e. JNC and Cardinal Capital) there interest in the Company. Also it seems that Burke is the new CEO effective May 1 - check the management section. The company also filed a 10Q-NT that should be read for what its worth. Whatever it is the Company better get a move on it because its running out of money fast.
