Kerry,

Sorry to disagree with you regarding Mr. Simplot's forward sale.

There're few things I don't trust in Mr.Simplot's/or Micron's
practices. But forward sale is one of the best things he did as an
aging businessman. It's commonly used among cash poor newer tech
riches lately. I would do exactly the same for the estate in his
age. Mr. Simplot can renew the contracts till he expires, so no tax
on his gain. Of course, IRS wants the whole pie, Mr.Simplot's estate
wants the same. Not too bad, if you ask me! Good business move from
Mr.Simplot, but not sure if it was a wise move for his children.

Do I want to give that much moolas to my kids? The answer is
absolutely not. My kids have to earn their own fortune and I
don't want to deprive of their chance to have fun.

regards,

BPP(Bipin's partner)

Kerry, The reason the previous CEO of MU resigned was because he, I think his name was Parkinson, accused Simpleton of revealing inside information to the detriment of shareholders. Actually, I am talking about the previous CEO before Applesauce, then Lowry and then Applesause again. <G> Oh, yeah, this guy knows how to buy friends and influence stock prices.

I have met many sleazy Mormons in my day. In general, I think the Saints are decent folks, despite the massacre in the meadows back in the late 19th century and a decided bent toward being clever in business. It isn't the spirituality you profess that makes you a decent person, it is the spirituality you practice. And every religion has it share of shady characters. It is like the fish logos you see on the rear ends of new cars. That is supposed to mean that the driver is a Christian. But usually it means that somebody in his church ripped off the driver when he bought that car. <G>
