I am not bashing either, but if you don't like the stock any more, what do you care and why the "venom" in your message? If you do care, for whatever reason, and are not satisfied with the fragmentary information this thread can provide from time to time all you can do is (i) call and ask Mary or Heather (the latest team) yourself or (ii) rightfully or wrongfully, read nefarious things into the delays.

Despite the bumpy road, I still see an opportunity down the road. You apparently do not, or are less patient for this one to develop.

Who knows, maybe part of the problem is the fact so many individual investors call that IR may feel obligated to provide facts that are not confirmed, deadlines that are more wishes than anything, etc..

I agree Matty... this has gone on too long! I've been in NETZ since November of last year, and feel they've been stringing us along. We need to start holding these people to their word. If they give a time frame, they need to stick to it.. or don't give a time frame at all...

I read about you and Mike Peters being pissed off at the company and saying I. R. has to be held accountable. Yet as far as I know, Terry and myself are the only ones who keep calling and asking questions and complaining. The rest of you people need to call for yourselves and complain. Complaining on this thread won't do a damn bit of good. If every investor or interested investor called and voiced their displeasure maybe the I. R. would talk to the people in charge and it would make a difference. Maybe I'm wrong and other people have called the I. R. and just haven't posted a message about it.
The way I see it, it's like someone who complains about the president but didn't go out and vote. If you don't call the company yourself then don't complain, your opinion doesn't matter. LETS GET A SHOW OF HANDS OF WHO ACTUALLY CALLED THE I. R. Anyone else who didn't, either call or keep quiet. There are no excuses for not calling.
617-227-2600 ask for Mary Conway or Heather Mizley. This is their jobs, to answer are questions and listen to our complaints.

You know, Matty. I didn't even completely read what you wrote--i.e., your second diatrabe. It was all the same.

All you're telling me, and others, is now you're like David Sirk and would like NETZ to go back to twenty or thirty cents. Won't happen.

I'll just let your remarks stand on record, without reading beyond the first two paragraphs.

You have to get over: Who do you think you are? This is not your world. You're not even involved in the business plan. If you are or know about it, then comment.

Otherwise, and let me be so blunt: Shut up! It's getting old to see this one more time again from you. Put a couple thousand in, if you can spare it, and hope for the best. Otherwise, leave it alone. Don't make us take your bum trip for you! Got it?
