My take:

Most of the negative is priced into MO, at this point. Its the uncertainty that is bothering people now.

I have an avg cost bet 37-38. I bot more RN (doubled my position at 26 1/4) today but no MO. I want to buy more MO and RN, but am waiting till later, maybe tomorrow.

If the uncertainty bothers you, just stay on the sidelines. But, you may pay a higher price for a known settlement at some point into the future. If these stox go lower, that's OK with me as the div pays me to hold them into the future. I've traded them both before and you simply cannot time the market!! Buy them when they look bloody, then hold for better times. Just my humble take on value plays.

Good Luck!!
