The only problem scenario I can see is as follows:

Competition eliminates profit on the CF cards themselves.
In this case sndk only makes money via license fees, and the
bottom line probably wouldn't be that strong.

I think this scenario is plausible since CF cards by different
makers are presumable identical up to price. Thus lower price
is the only way to compete. Same as memory.

I'm long but growing tired fighting the tape....
