That's the market, It tries to separate you from your paper at the wrong times. I was early today, because I did not think that the seller was that big. I still feel good about this area as a buy point but will have better handle tomorrow. The seller looks institutional by the way he uses instanet to offer his paper but of course do not know which institution. No downgrade with pony show coming up soon. The only thing that has me a little nervous is a company normally does a pony show prior to issuing more stock. If Tava announces more paper for sale stock trades lower.
