Yes. Actually they are primarily a service shop and when I frequently recommend them for tricky warranty work.

Travis: Tekserve gets my highest recommendation. I know the owner, David Lerner, from way back and he knows more about the Mac than just about anyone you can find. HELP! does anyone know of a good site managment tool for both mac and pc? I spoke out against a pc only one, but now have been asked to recommend another. I need one that is for a team of people who work on a very high-end, complex site. Any recommendations?
