I have to agree that the wording in the second paragraph seems confusing.

the stock is sole consideration for the license, yet the license is subject to the $250,000 promissory note

Rhonda, could you clarify whether or not that wording is correct?

jhild: Please save me some time and point me to where you got the 45 day minimum waiting period for conversion. Also, where did you get that the entire 1.5 million shares coild be converted all at once after the 45 days? I do not see either in the May 18 release so you must be getting them from something earlier.
