John, I got it out of the Florida Corporations site looking at the original Articles of Incorporation for Eleventh Hour.

Here's how to get them:

ccfcorp.dos.state.fl.us

Then click on Document Image. You will need WangImage. If you don't have it already, you can get a copy there at the Florida Site.

These shares are convertible 45 days after issue into shares of CSHK on a 1 to 1 basis. This conversion option can be exercised for up to 3 years.

Go to

ccfcorp.dos.state.fl.us

And click on "Document Image" at the bottom of the page. Then request a download of the document. Check the instructions; you may also have to download a reader for the doc.
