jhild: I got it, but only the March 3, 1998 original filing. There is an amendment dated May 18, 1998, that I am interested in to see what has been amended to reflect the changes provided in the May 18, 1998 press release. Can you get the amendment? I will try again.

jhild: I tried again and this time clicked on events trying to get the amendment. Just wound up with two downloads of the same file. Perhaps it takes a while for the site to post new stuff. I think I will contact Rhonda for a copy. Much faster and up to date that way. Then we can always check the site later when they catch up. Thanks for the info. If you can get the amendment please let me know and I will do likewise.
