While you area at it get some info on the mysterious Telanis. With such an important component of CSHK revenue dependent on their product and them not being able to be located. . . I wouldn't want to believe that this is a fictitious company.

In addition, the Articles of Incorporation for EHI were amended to entitle holders of the Preferred Stock to one vote per share on all matters for which shareholders are entitled to vote. From the Press Release, this should be the only change John. If there was a material change to the redemption conditions, they would have been required to announce that. Failing that announcement, then it couldn't have changed, as I know Rebecca is likely more careful than that.
