Anybody have a handle on either 1) Advanced Energy or 2) Intergrated Solutions. I saw an analyst state that AEIS (which makes power sources for a number of applications, including CMP co's) has a source that will be "required" for metal coating. Integrated Solutions is, as most of you are probably aware, a privately-held stepper manufacturer that UTEK is trying to buy. I don't know it at all, but it claims to have DUV capability. Clearly, UTEK is trying to make a play to catch up to the pack in cutting-edge stepper sales; you'd have to think it has sales/support capacity to handle stepper sales, but is anticipating the death of that side of its business if it doesn't find a reasonably way to enter the DUV arena.

Thread et al,

It's starting to look like BLOOD out there again. The back-end companies are definitely getting in range. TER has been mentioned before. KLIC is approaching the December low again. COHU has broken below 30. CMOS is in the low 20's. Anyone have any target purchase price/strategies they wish to share?
