James, when one applies common sense to a penny stock, one usually get's in @ too high of levels. The time to be buying, is when everyone is waiting and watching. A good example of that is PKGP and ICVI. Two stocks that have no credibility but are heading north.

Oh ya, that info commercial concept doesn't hold any water with me.

Do you know of a man name Charles Givens? I bought his tapes and books via the infomercial and now I'm semi retired, still in my 30's.

Yes, not just certified financials but financials filed and approved by SEC. Just filed doesn't mean that they will be approved and especially when the SEC is watching pennies like DCGR so closely.
