As a CPA, let me let you in on a little secret. I don't know of a single CPA , who would risk signing off on financials that were fraudulent. If they (DCGR) produce audited statements, I will be satisfied. The SEC is NOT in the business of "certifying" financial statements. The reason statements must be audited by CPA's before they are submitted is so the SEC doesn't have to "audit" them. If you actually think the SEC reaudits audited statements, you have been mislead.
