Their Lam's OnTrack CMP tool is hardly on track...and have neglibel marketshare. This isn't to pre-suppose that they couldn't leap frog, but my suspicions are that AMAT, SFAM and IPEC will split the market....with IPEC losing more marketshare over time to the first two. Just one SFAM shareholder's spin....SemiBull
