Sam, the kingdom has already come. It is a spiritual kingdom, not an earthly kingdom, but it shall grow to every nation. Where there is a king, there is a kingdom, Jesus is a king.

""But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you." (Mat 12:28 NKJV)
""Assuredly, I say to you, there are some standing here who shall not taste death till they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom."" (Mat 16:28 NKJV)
"Jesus answered, "My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from here."" (John 18:36 NKJV)

Not everyone will understand the kingdom, because they look for a worldly political and economical powerhouse.
"He answered and said to them, "Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given." (Mat 13:11 NKJV)
""When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is he who received seed by the wayside." (Mat 13:19 NKJV)

Napoleon summed up the admiration of the ages for Jesus Christ:
"Alexander, Caesar, Charlemagne, and I myself have founded great empires .... But Jesus alone founded His empire upon love, and to this very day, millions would die for Him. Jesus Christ was more than a man."

-- Max Anders, The Good Life, p. 34.

See: John 15:9; Rom 8:37-39; 1 John 3:16

God bless with knowledge of His kingdom,

David

><>...He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him:..><>

He also will hear their cry, and will save them.
The LORD preserveth all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy.
My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
