What's the difference between segregating the browser, and segregating all the other bundled products such as anti-virus, compression, and cd-rom software? The government has clearly overstepped their bounds on this one. Their requiring Netscape specifically is clearly out of bounds, since there are probably many other fine browsers out there. And Netscape already has a majority of the market share. And I as a consumer do not like Netscape because it loads too slow.
