Maybe they had 9MM shares on Dec 31st but not anymore. The MM's, shorts (if any) and the debenture holders have created 10s of millions of shares to add to the float. IMO.

My only concern about the shares outstanding is this-JimB said he got 121+ emails of shareholders. If, on avg. each person held 50,000 shares (a 4 grand investment @.08), then that is over 6M shares held just by SI folks. I know I have more than 50K as I'm sure a lot of you do as well. This just doesn't compute.

I ran across another thread where PKGP was mentioned
as having large blocks being traded yesterday.
Now, If the total of shares issued is 9 million and the
float is 3 million. We have a situation here. This stock
is grossly manipulated. Or something is rotten.

I hope it is manipulation. If it is, and the last numbers
are correct, PKGP stock holders could be in for the ride
of their lives. 52 week highs wouldn't be hard to pass
with just a little positive news. JMHO
Like was said before, the way this stock is trading is
really weird. Would sure like to know what the story is
behind such large volume. Stocks just don't trade that way.

Rosemary, I have a feeling that the moaning is coming from those that already sold their shares? <VBG>
