Mark is a PR guy and I don't trust or put much eight behind what PR people say. Talk to someone important at a company.

To All: From the May 15th FORM 10-QSB:
"In April 1998 the Company retained the research and investment banking firm of Howard, Weil, Labouisse, Friedrichs Inc. of Houston, Texas and New Orleans, Louisiana to provide consulting services."

Significant!! Why would Howard, Weil, Labouisse, Friedrichs Inc. - the #1 gas & oil investment banking firm in the world - get in bed with Rentech? These guys don't sign on with $2 per share small caps unless they feel VERY comfortable with future prospects. Plus, by signing on with Rentech they are now prohibited from trading the stock. Howard, Weil, in their negotiations with Rentech, had access to all the inside info we don't have, and signed on with them. Hang in there folks.
