Just spoke with Joe Gort. Other phone was ringing off the wall in the 20 seconds we were on the phone. Seems he is in a frenzy this morning.

I asked Joe if everything was still on for the merger, he said "ABSOLUTELY." Anybody else talk with Joe today?
