Yes, April 3 was the suspension date. I know the following has been posted before but here it is again along with the link to the VSE notices page. Spoke again just now with a couple more people at the VSE and here's what I learned. 1. No, a company does not have to file a prospectus. 2. They will have to meet the minimum listing requirements if suspended more than ?? (one person said 10 days the other said 90. I don't know off hand what the minimum listing requirements are. 3. SKB will be a lengthy inspection and review - I don't have her name but a loose quote is "don't expect to see it trading for some time". vse.ca VSE Notices - Notice Notices are available for companies which are currently listed on the VSE.
