Yes, April 3 was the suspension date. I know the following has been posted before but here it is again along with the link to the VSE notices page. Spoke again just now with a couple more people at the VSE and here's what I learned.

1. No, a company does not have to file a prospectus.
2. They will have to meet the minimum listing requirements if suspended more than ?? (one person said 10 days the other said 90. I don't know off hand what the minimum listing requirements are.
3. SKB will be a lengthy inspection and review - I don't have her name but a loose quote is "don't expect to see it trading for some time".

NOTICE DATE: April 15, 1998

Further to the Vancouver Stock Exchange Notice dated April 3, 1998, trading in the securities of the Company will remain suspended. The Exchange is conducting a review, which includes the following:

* offshore investment in the Company and trading by offshore accounts;
* shareholder loans to the Company;
* loans to related parties;
* clarification of certain accounting issues; and
* the background of the financial consultants or investor relations firm engaged by the Company.

Members are prohibited from trading in the shares of the Company until further notice.
