Charles thanks for the clarification. One question if you please, how come in the news release they phrased it in the 1st paragraph this way? Company is First to Incorporate Invoice Technology With Internet Telephony Hardware What am I missing please? Seth

Charles, the author of the article, Charles Waltner, wasn't wrong. I was. Other than the second bullet of my post, which is a direct quote from the article lead, Mr. Waltner doesn't directly mention "billing services" again, other than to say that "...gateways throw network managers into the world of telecommunications, an uncomfortable fit at best." I inferred incorrectly. I apologize for any problems my mistake may have caused. Geez, I guess we know whose league that mistake throws me in with.(:<<) rd
