Well, we have a late in the day rally here don't we? Looks like it is really popping now, up to .37 and the volume over 100K now.

So John do you suppose that someone is manipulating the stock price here? With these volumes it doesn't seem all that hard to do. Or could this be the greater fool effect taking hold? Or possibly a new variant of an old saw - Buy the rumor, sell the demo. Imo it seems unlikely that value investors are jumping on it.

Still no answer about the involvement of felons in CSHK. How many days has this gone unanswered? Red Rover, Red Rover, let Rebecca come over.

So John, any news on who Telanis is?, Where they are? If they are even a corporation yet? Or does it take time for the corporate paperwork to catch up to the Press Releases with this company?

So, any answer yet about felony involvement with CSHK or the Rebecca Group of Companies? What is so hard about just laying the facts out on the table. How can the truth hurt? Unless it would serve as a caution to prospective shareholders.

So, is the Zitec site up yet? Is the demo ready?

So, are the wood products manufacturers known yet?

So, any filings with the SEC yet?

So many questions, so little time. Inquiring minds just want to know.

" Please keep looking into what the contract says."

Has the contract or any other terms of the contract been made publicly available?

Anyway, what is your opinion of this, from the press release?

"Under the terms of the final agreement, Merced, Inc. will receive 1,500,000 shares of EHI=s Convertible Voting Preferred Stock, convertible into Common Stock of Cashco, on a share for share basis, or into EHI Common Stock, under certain circumstances, as sole consideration for the acquisition of the exclusive license. In addition, EHI has agreed to assume a $250,000 promissory note which the exclusive license is subject to in lieu of the previously agreed upon cash payments to Merced, Inc."

This is outside my area of expertise, but the use of the word sole does not seem appropriate if indeed there is also a $250,000 promissory note. Is it a mistake, or is there a legal meaning that I am not grasping?

So John, why do you want to talk about a contract that no one has access to. I have told you that I have a requirement to see the responses to these observations and questions in writing from CSHK Management. I have no faith either in first hand or second hand conversations with their management about these issues. I require accountability in my sources of information.

What I can go on are the few publicly available written claims in the press releases and papers filed with the state of Florida. The words in the press release are fairly clear. The 1.5Million shares is the sole consideration for this license. They go into great detail about the 250K promissory note and the payment schedule. If there are performance contingencies then these are material facts that they are not disclosing. Your speculations really are a very generous appraisal and what ifs about something that neither of us can see.

Since there is such a wealth of unanswered questions with regard to this company, questions that are yet to be answered in any meaningful way, I think that we should not lose sight of that. So if you want to get off the dime up there in Phoenix and get on with the answers to those, then I think that would be more productive than speculating about something we can't see. And certainly more honest than playing to the Yahoo choir of CSHK supporters that no one is interested in discussions here. I think a lot of people are following this story here with interest, and a desire to see the company belly up to the bar and be forth coming for a change.

Imo, the longer these questions go unanswered, then the longer that a cloud of suspicion will hang over this company.
