at the very time financials are in process, press releases are rolling out weekly ...

We've been hearing financials are in progress for months now. As for press releases, other than the announcment that ESVS and ZULU were pursuing a business combination, the last one that told us anything new that was specifically about ZULU was in early April, Every one since has been an ESVS announcement that ZULU posted as well.

What I'm still wondering is how a combination like laptops and Internet advertising was made? The two would not normally be considered similar markets in which a corporate merger would occur. My concern is still around the fact that the deal may have been made simply to save ESVS Nasdaq listing - good for ESVS shareholders, and not so good for ZULU's. All recent news is about ESVS. All the recent hirings were done by ESVS. And for the paranoid conspiracy theorists: that the latest skill set that ESVS is hiring would logically fill roles that belong in ZULU - Internet executives.

The positive spin to the last comment is that the merger must be moving forward, otherwise ESVS would end up with a bunch of talent that has nothing to do with it's current line of business.
