IDTI has no confidence in their own wafer fab capability and they will be buying last year's technology from IBM - at today's prices!

No wonder their stock is in a swoon - even worse than Intel's.

Several months ago you and Paul E. were discussing copper interconnect technology here and as I recall you expressed some reservations about Intel being somewhat behind the curve on this (this is all from my fuzzy memory). Do you still feel that this is a potential problem or have we made up some ground in this area?
