>>Murphy plans to take time off before deciding on her next career move.

She was under a lot of heat to make the stock go up - and it hasn't been. Yesterday's move to 28 may have been the last straw (an internal argument between her/Luongo/board? Just speculation). Note that she'd been there for nearly 3 years and helped the company grow by almost 500%.

The company has gotten much bigger, and she probably just wanted a smaller company - maybe less pressure. She made a bunch of money there, too. Not too unusual in Silicon Valley. The company has grown - it's a different place now. People are allowed to have personal lives and to change jobs.

Luongo selling: big deal. With options, he's selling around 5 - 6% of his holding. That's reasonable and prudent diversification. I don't believe he's sold any for awhile. If he sold 50%, then I'd worry.

It's easy to read something material where it isn't. Nonetheless, people do get nervous when a CFO leaves, so the stock will probably drop a point or two tomorrow (groan). too bad - nice move up today.
