I thought we had a chance there for awhile. I've been holding for more than 2yrs. Yes, I've had many shares in and out and have made money because of that and that only! I have come to the conclusion that THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!! I had many shares and sold the last today! Note to Materitech: Someone I know wrote you a letter just over a year ago. He gave you an entire business plan, INCLUDING MARKETING!!! Get the hint guys! P.S. The only way I'll be back is to day trade this dog! I'm sorry to all investors of NMPS but just had to say it!

Bill - Hi - just caught up to your post. Lets agree - No point in flaming and sure, management knew the score from the getgo. I did not - thought the submission was for real - and bingo - got blindsided. Your point is a great one. How much cash do we have? I figure approval in Feb (?) and product out the door June (?). Can we last that long? My thinking now is - about December - throw some good money after bad money. But only if they can survive thru say next October? (Gonna need financing) I can't prove this but surely, one of those arrogant bastards pissed off somebody and here we are. How do we fire the president? I mean it. He's gotta go. Regards, John
