No, unfortunately, it is not.....but my husband (who is one of the best RF designers in the country), met Howard 20 years ago in the calibration lab at NASA and recognized him as one of the few in this field that was capable of this type of accomplishment.

It takes "one inventor" to recognize another "inventor" in this type of technology.

Yeah, they reported him/her. There were a lot of pissed off people. I would think he'd could get in pretty big trouble -- plus people suing him.
