Wow, Jim: If thats not whats happening to PKGP shares in a nut shell i don't know what is .. My broker insists that i don't need the certs because they are secure and in my account. But now we see that they may be "in my account " but others are actually "borrowing" them from me. The question is now that the company is "calling them in" would it do anything more than perhaps accelerate the shorts problem? Don't they face the same fate at the end of June anyway? I will print out your post and forward it to my broker. thanks for the research. Perhaps a large group of us here on the thread could make some difference by requesting our certs. If we have to turn them in anyway whats the big deal to our brokers. There are still questions we need answers to. CRDoug
