Kurt,

The baggage associated with the AGTI balance sheet virtually assures that the financing will not be a straight loan. Given the fact that AGTI has come close to using up the 150 million shares that are authorized, there are very few options available. For existing shareholders the dilemma is as follows: The company must have the financing if it is to have a chance to succeed, but will the existing shareholders still be shareholders if the financing is achieved.

I'm sorry if this is taken as a negative, it is, but Jerome is right to focus on the financing. The financing is of critical importance to all shareholders. Who, What, When, Where & How ("WWWWH").

Rosario, Sigmass, et al always talk about DD, but have never contributed any input as to how this financing will be structured to help current shareholders, yet this is the most important issue.

There has also been very little focus upon the basic business. I'll save that discussion for a later time.

I realize I will be flamed for this post, but the financing issue is what people keep asking me about. It will be helpful to review the 10Q when it is filed.
