Hi Tom-

Ahead of the Clinton-shakeout, I had been in an INVESCO fund (before it was INVESCO) that specialized in bio-tech + pharmaceuticals. The fund manager (Kawaski I think) had broken some SEC rules and was barred from managing the fund which had had an incredible run with him at the helm. The fund took a hit and I got out at the bottom (figures, right?) and was on the sidelines licking my wounds when the Clinton message was delivered. Then the fund took another hit, a huge one this time, and I started congratulating myself at how smart I was for having gotten out. Do 2 wrongs make a right? :-) This was long before I could spell AIM or had heard of Lichello for that matter. What a different perspective I have today!!
