Kimberly, if you are shorting this you are doing it illegally. It is a non-marginable security at the moment and has been for some time. I don't appreciate the dishonesty of such posts at all.
If your broker is allowing you to do this they aren't looking up whether the stock is marginable or not- and it's going to all settle out that you'll be getting nailed for at least the full amount of all the transactions and forfeiting all gains.
