<I hope the FTC isn't as dumb as CNET makes them out to be and they see this for what it is: using monopoly power to steal a key supplier from the anti-Intel coalition.>

Petz sometimes I just can't believe the tortured logic you guys come up with. First Intel is guilty of monopolistic practices for not licensing Slot1, and now they are guilty of monopolistic practices when the do license it. Intel just can't do anything right by your reasoning. Damned if they do, damned if they don't.

Petz - Re: "CNET (owned by Intel, incidentally),"

As usual, you can't get your facts straight.

Intel DOES NOT OWN C|NET.

Intel is an INVESTOR in C|NET.

C|NET even tells you that, every time they mention Intel in one of their articles.
