can someone explain what stocks can be shorted (ie only nyse, amex, naz)? is there a price limit (over $1 for example) of a stock before it can be shorted?

Cat Lady,

Wasn't able to get AEND. Too late now, window of opportunity has been
closed for a while. Last month I was able to short PSFD (finds oil fields with a magic box), was told it was a BB stock.
