Why do you think that's the case? Osicom has raised tens upon tens of millions of dollars through various financings. Why are they still pounding the street asking for more money? Was $60-100 million not enough? Even though I have never tallied it all up it appears that Osicom has raised at least $60 million and maybe approaching $100 million over the years. What has it done for Osicom? $30 million in losses the last two years? A 3-4% revenue gain last year?

And if you tell me they raised that money to acquire a bunch of businesses, don't you think it was a little imprudent to acquire a bunch of businesses that drain cash from the company, not rake it in?

Ahhh, I know what FIBR bulls are going to say. Just like that ignorant lady said in the last conference call, Osicom is all about the technology, not earnings or sales.
